As task four suggest I wanted to use the task to looks at accounts around issue I feel strongly about, this led me to some old photographs from the beginning of 2020 when I attended and documented with my camera a Black Lives Matter Protest in Huddersfield. The protest fell from the outrage in America following the wrongfully killing of George Floyd who was killed by police during an arrest. The politics of George Floyd and his death isn't something I want to discuss but the BML movement is something I felt passionate about and defending human wrights for minority groups is something I have always cared for.

I began looking at Instagram using key word to search as a hashtag such ad BLM then remembered I followed a BLM UK page already, the page promoted black and minority ethnic groups, famous leaders and inspirational people, as well as documenting the media around the BLM protest.

From looking at at the instagram account a number of posters have been put together to support the BLM including photographs from the marches in the UK. Other content mark anniversary of black people who have died and other wrongful events linking to the lack of quality for black people However, some image are pixilated and don't show the detail within the emotions told from the activism protest agains the issue.

I wanted to use my own documentary images of protest that took place in Huddersfield in the style of their A-Z that was posted for black history month. The simple style of these layouts drew my attention using the BLM moment colours of yellow and black.

Figure 2 and 3 are what i have created in response to task four, each poster similar in style to the A-Z already on the @blmuk account with my own slogan and photographs. I have selected these images in particular as figure 2 shows a diverse range of attenders to the march back in 2020. The harsh highlight at the top of the frame also bounces the viewers eyes back into the gram to look into the eyes of the protesters and read their signs. Figure 3 image was selected for the fact she is a older woman and she is still fighting for the right to be equal because of her skin colour, the age of the lady is determined by her grey hair and emphasises the length of this racial issue.
